Just in time for the 4th of July, we wanted to share our favorite way to contribute to a BBQ...Bring Corn on the Cob!
This isn't just any C.O.T.C, it has a Latin twist with a little Cotija Cheese and a sprinkle of Tajin. Check out the recipe below!
Ingredients (Serves 4 so make sure to double if you're bring enough for a big group!)
6 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Tajin (for sprinkling)
1/3 c. Grated cotija cheese
Freshly chopped cilantro
Lime wedges, for serving
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill corn, turning often, until slightly charred all over, about 10 minutes.
Brush corn with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with Tajin, cotija, and cilantro. Serve warm with lime wedges.
